"Our first experience to the BVI proved to be a fantastic adventure. Captain Stan started the day with a map of the BVI and asked us what we would like to do for the day. After a short discussion we chose Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, snorkeling, and a few beach bars. In a matter of minutes we quickly went from St. John to Jost Van Dyke for customs and then to Sandy Spit for some peaceful snorkeling. Then we sped off to Tortola and our very first authentic beach bar which required a short swim to shore followed by a wonderful local "Pain Killer" in the tropical paradise setting on the beach. Then a quick speed boat jump from Tortola back to Jost Van Dyke and The Soggy Dollar bar for lunch. We were able to stay well ahead of any group tour boats and with Captain Stan's assistance timed everything just right, to include getting back through US customs. After lunch we swam in the beautiful blue Caribbean and enjoyed the views of the BVI and USVI from the comfort of the boat. One final late afternoon speed boat run from BVI to St. Thomas then back to St John.
